1:1 Leadership Coaching

One of the many perks of your participation in Next Level Leaders' inaugural cohort is access to reduced-fee, online leadership coaching through BTS Spark.  BTS Spark is a not-for-profit organization that has coached over 20,000 educational leaders worldwide. 

Next Level Leaders will receive a 360-Leadership Assessment, three (3) x 60-minute coaching sessions, and access to BTS Spark Resources for FREE ($1,000 value).  Sign up no later than May 1, 2024, to take advantage of this opportunity.

The 360-Leadership Assessment is designed to give you a 360-degree look at your leadership.  You choose your raters which can include a selection of colleagues, teachers, staff members, and supervisor.  Raters are invited via email to complete an online questionnaire.  All responses will be collated into a summary report, highlighting your strengths and opportunities for growth.  The Leadership Assessment Report provides a great launching point for coaching.  Both the assessment and coaching are 100% confidential.  You have a full year to complete the coaching sessions.
